Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of infrastructure and technology transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units. The role requires leading diverse programmes, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving delivery through virtual teams.

The successful candidate will manage infrastructure modernisation, network refreshes, cloud initiatives and data centre programmes, with a hybrid work pattern in Hertfordshire.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure programme delivery experience.
• Exposure to networks, cloud and data centre environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct line management.
• Self-starter capable of managing complex global portfolios.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream technology transformations.
