Job summary

SRG is partnering with a multinational consumer goods and personal care company to recruit an Import/Export Coordinator. You will own the operational relationship with the customer from PO intake through export fulfilment, validate orders in SAP, coordinate with logistics partners and ensure on-time, in-full shipments.

This role requires close collaboration across Supply Chain, Master Data, Pricing, Maersk, and the customer, with responsibilities spanning order validation, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Experience processing customer POs in SAP and creating sales orders.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with logistics partners and Maersk for export.
• Experience with import/export processes and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from PO intake through export fulfilment.
• Validate POs, manage obsolete/substituted SKUs, and ensure correct data in Master Data.
• Create and maintain Sales Orders (OpenText) and apply pricing, batch and Incoterms.
• Coordinate with Maersk/non-Maersk, plan shipments, DG handling where needed.
• Raise and resolve post-shipment disputes and damaged goods issues.
• Provide daily/weekly operational reporting to stakeholders.
