Job summary

Novartis UK is seeking a Director, International HEOR & HTA, Immunology, to shape evidence strategies across development and commercial functions. You will lead global HEOR/HTA work, partnering with Access, Medical Affairs, and country teams to ensure payer evidence informs development plans and strategy.

You will translate complex economics and clinical data into persuasive value stories for health systems and payers, influencing reimbursement and access decisions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD/MD/MBA or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in Market Access or HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep understanding of payer and HTA evidence requirements outside the US.
• Experience in global or above-country drug development environments.
• Strong knowledge of research methodology and statistics in data analysis.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HEOR and HTA strategies across the Immunology portfolio.
• Generate impactful value evidence to strengthen payer propositions and patient access.
• Ensure payer/HTA evidence is integrated into development plans and evidence strategies.
• Lead development of key value evidence deliverables: global value dossiers, economic models, evidence syntheses, real-world studies.
• Partner with Access, Medical Affairs, Development, Biomedical Research, and Commercial teams to maximize asset value.
• Translate complex evidence into compelling value stories for payers and decision-makers.
• Build relationships with external experts, HTA bodies, policy stakeholders, and scientific bodies.
• Monitor trends to shape strategic decisions in HEOR/HTA.
