Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Head of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) for UK, Ireland & Nordics to shape evidence generation and reimbursement strategies across markets. You will ally with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Pricing and Global HEOR to demonstrate value of therapies and support market access.
In this senior role, you will lead HTA submissions, develop integrated evidence plans, and influence access and commercial strategies through stakeholder engagement with NICE, SMC,
Qualifications
- Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, Economics or a related scientific discipline.
- PhD, PharmD, DrPH or equivalent advanced qualification (preferred).
- Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience in HEOR, Market Access, Outcomes Research or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HEOR leadership for UK, Ireland & Nordics.
- Lead HTA strategies and reimbursement submissions (NICE, SMC, AWMSG, NCPE and Nordic bodies).
- Oversee HEOR evidence plans and generation of real-world evidence.
- Guide launch readiness and lifecycle management with evidence needs.
- Engage stakeholders across payer and HTA bodies in UK, Ireland and Nordics.
