Novartis in London is seeking a Director, International HEOR & HTA in Immunology to lead HEOR/HTA strategies across R&D and commercial, shaping evidence generation and payer discussions. You will partner with Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Launch, Development, Biomedical Research, and country teams to embed payer requirements into development plans.

Qualifications

Advanced degree; PhD/MD/MBA/Pharmacist or equivalent.
8+ years of Market Access or HEOR experience in pharma.
Deep understanding of non-US payer/HTA evidence requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute HEOR/HTA strategies across Immunology.
Generate value evidence to support payer access objectives.
Ensure payer evidence is integrated into development plans and evidence strategies.
Lead global value dossiers, economic models, evidence syntheses, and real‑world studies.
Partner with Access, Medical Affairs, Development, and Commercial teams to maximize asset value.
Translate complex evidence into compelling value stories for payers and policy makers.
Build relationships with HTA bodies, policy stakeholders, and scientific organizations.
Monitor HEOR/HTA trends to shape strategic decisions.
