Job summary

FTSE 100 Energy Group is seeking a Group Health, Safety and Environment Audit Manager to design and execute risk-based audit strategies. The role involves leading global, high-risk audits, driving ISO 45001/14001 compliance, and translating audit data into insights for executive leadership.

This remote UK role requires up to 25% travel and offers the opportunity to shape HSE assurance across international sites and diverse industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing group-wide HSE audit programmes aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, CMIOSH status (or working towards), and a recognized Lead Auditor qualification.
• Strong analytical skills, able to produce clear board-level audit reports and track corrective actions to closure.
• Significant experience leading complex multi-site HSE audits across international geographies and high-hazard environments.
