Job summary

FTSE 100 Energy Group seeks an experienced Group Health, Safety and Environment Audit Manager to design and lead risk-based audit strategies across international sites, aligning with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. The role centers on delivering independent HSE assurance and turning audit data into actionable insights for the executive team.

You will report to the Group HSE Director and work with the Leadership Team to embed safety as a core value, supporting industrial decarbonisation and the energy

Qualifications

• Designing and managing group-wide HSE audit programmes aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience delivering high-risk global audits and turning audit data into board-ready insights.
• Strong communication and coaching to audit teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage group-wide HSE audit programmes aligned with ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
• Lead, coordinate and report on multi-site HSE audits across international geographies.
• Produce clear, board-level audit reports and track corrective actions to closure.
• Coach and influence local audit teams; challenge senior leadership as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed safety as a core value across global operations.
