Job summary

FTSE 100 Energy Group is seeking an experienced Group Health, Safety and Environment Audit Manager to design and execute risk-based audit strategies across international sites. The role reports to the Group HSE Director and partners with executive leadership to shape the global audit agenda.

You will lead multi-site audits, deliver independent assurance, and embed a strong safety culture while supporting the energy transition. Remote work is allowed with up to 25% travel to global sites.

Qualifications

• Design and manage group-wide HSE audit programmes aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Produce clear, board-level audit reports and track corrective actions to closure.
• Lead multi-site audits across international sites and high-hazard environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement risk-based HSE audit strategies aligned with global standards.
• Coordinate with Group HSE Director and leadership to shape the audit agenda.
• Deliver independent assurance and embed safety culture across global operations.
• Coach local audit teams and influence senior leadership on improvements.
