Job summary

FTSE 100 energy group is seeking an experienced Group Health, Safety and Environment Audit Manager. The role focuses on designing and leading risk-based audit strategies across international sites, ensuring ISO 45001/14001 compliance and delivering actionable board-level insights.

You will collaborate with the Group HSE Director and senior leadership to embed safety as a core value, manage audit programs, and drive energy-transition initiatives while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma and CMIOSH status or working towards.
• Lead Auditor qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage group-wide HSE audit programmes aligned with ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
• Produce board-level audit reports and track corrective actions to closure.
• Lead complex multi-site HSE audits across international sites.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and coach local audit teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE systems and culture across the group.
