Job summary

AM Best is seeking an HRIS Analyst to help implement a global HRIS across regions including the UK, Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore. You will collaborate with Global HR teams to translate business requirements, manage data, payroll processes and integrations into a compliant solution.

You will work with international stakeholders to document detailed requirements, oversee data migration and testing, and support go-live activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy across

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Dayforce or Workday in a complex org.
• Knowledge of UK HR, payroll, benefits and employee data requirements.
• Experience with payroll providers and payroll integrations.
• Experience with data migration, validation and testing.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational link between international offices and US project team for local HR, payroll and regulatory requirements.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Configure and optimise workflows, rules, security roles, reports and dashboards.
• Review solutions with payroll software providers; troubleshoot issues.
• Design, map, test and implement integrations between HRIS and payroll software.
• Execute data migration activities including mapping, cleansing and reconciliation.
• Validate and test system configuration; resolve issues.
• Support SIT and UAT, payroll parallel runs as applicable.
• Develop documentation, testing materials and governance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR/payroll processes using Dayforce functionality.
• Support go-live activities, user training and adoption.
• Adapt to changing business needs and priorities for transition to new HRIS.
