Job summary

Argus Media in London seeks a Vice President, HR Projects & Transformation to lead the global People change agenda. Reporting to the CHRO, the role shapes strategic people initiatives to boost capability and employee experience, while driving growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in HR, transformation or OD.
• Proven track record delivering global HR change programmes.
• Experience influencing executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of HR change and transformation programmes aligned to strategy.
• PMO lead for People projects with HR Tech, AI & Automation leads.
• Build change capability across HR and coach leaders through transitions.
• Own governance and delivery oversight of the People programme portfolio.
• Implement LMS, employee intranet and future HR technology investments.
• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies and benefits; report results.
• Develop executive business cases and ROI recommendations.
