Job summary

Argus Media seeks an experienced Vice President, People Transformation, Learning & Reward to lead a global change agenda across HR functions. Reporting to the CHRO, you will shape and execute initiatives in Learning, Compensation & Benefits, and AI governance within HR processes.

You will drive strategy, partner with senior leaders, and build capability across regions while delivering measurable business impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in HR or People Transformation.
• Proven success delivering global transformation programmes.
• Experience in governance, portfolio management and change leadership.
• Experience leading Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits teams.
• Strong HR technology and digital transformation knowledge.
• Ability to influence executives and drive cross-country alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Learning & Development strategy and team.
• Oversee HR budgets and learning investments.
• Govern and deliver the People change portfolio.
• Partner with HR leaders, stakeholders, and IT.
• Chair or participate in AI Governance oversight.
• Drive ROI and business outcomes from people initiatives.
