You will work with HR colleagues across countries/time zones, handling incidents, data validation and testing, and contributing to system enhancements and governance.

Qualifikationen

• HR systems support experience and understanding of HR processes/data.
• Strong Excel, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage HR systems incidents, requests and queries; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
• Support HR users and stakeholders with PeopleConnect processes and functionality.
• Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI and other tools.
