Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement or HR shared services transformation.
• Ability to catalogue, size, and simplify end-to-end processes.
• Strong practical understanding of agile methodologies in operational or tech-enabled teams.
• Hands-on experience designing or governing AI-enabled workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Proven ability to design Jira-based ticketing and case workflows and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish a unified catalogue and SOP library across Workday, Jira, and local tools.
• Eliminate process waste and standardise to simplify before automating.
• Size, prioritise, and track capacity using a consistent framework across tasks.
• Lead the agile methodology for agentic AI, defining intake and sprint standards.
• Design Jira workflows and AI case assistance to improve first-contact resolution and SLA adherence.
• Drive cross-functional transformation with People Tech, Knowledge & Content, Payroll, and COE.
