Job summary

Citi Belfast is recruiting for a VP, Global HR Policy Lead to drive policy governance and ensure documents meet Citi’s governance standards. You will shepherd policy owners, oversee policy inventories, and coordinate with stakeholders across HR to deliver compliant policies.

The role requires strong policy-writing skills, project management experience, and excellent communication, with a focus on meeting Consent Order milestones and maintaining rigorous governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy writing and governance oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assists Global HR Policy Head with policy governance oversight.
• Provides guidance to HR Policy Owners through the policy document lifecycle.
• Writes, reviews and edits documents to ensure policy compliance.
• Guides policy owners in gathering documents for governance meetings.
• Supports Global HR Policy Governance Council meetings and document retention.
