Job summary

Citi in the United Kingdom seeks a VP, Global HR Policy Lead to drive policy transformation and Consent Order work within Citi's Global Policy Governance framework.

You will shepherd policy owners through the Citi policy governance process, ensure documents meet template requirements, and report to the Global HR Policy Head, contributing to policy excellence across the organisation.

The VP, Global Human Resources (HR) Policy Lead plays a key role in Citi's Policy transformation and Consent Order work and supporting HR's Global Policy Governance model. Primary responsibilities include shepherding Policy document owners through Citi's Policy Governance process and requirements as well as overseeing policy management related responsibilities to ensure documents are current and meet Citi's policy template requirements.

This role will report to the Global HR Policy Head.
