Job summary

DeterTech is seeking an HR Consultant to update and standardise HR policies, contracts and templates across the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden. The role partners with the Director of People & Culture and external counsel to ensure compliance and clarity.

Hybrid role based at Prestwick or Telford with travel to other sites as required; ideal candidate has UK employment law expertise and cross-border policy experience.

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist background with policy-writing experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law; exposure to other jurisdictions.
• Experience updating employment contracts and templates.

Responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies across six countries for current legislation.
• Create templates and letters for common People processes.
• Coordinate with external counsel and local HR contacts.
• Maintain a version-controlled policy library and governance.
