Job summary

DeterTech is updating HR policies and employment contracts across six countries. You will review, rewrite and roll out templates that are clear, legally sound and aligned with UK law and local equivalents, working with the Director of People & Culture and external employment lawyers.

Based in Prestwick or Telford with hybrid flexibility, you will coordinate multi-country governance, maintain a version-controlled policy library, and support a smooth rollout for managers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist or employee relations background.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience rewriting policies and employment contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with external counsel and multi-country teams.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Audit HR policies across six countries against current legislation and best practices.
• Rewrite or refresh policies and templates for clarity and consistency.
• Review and update employment contracts for all six countries.
• Coordinate sign-off with external employment lawyers in each country.
• Maintain a version-controlled policy library with clear ownership and dates.
