Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited in the UK is seeking an HR Project Consultant for a 3-month fixed-term contract to standardise and update HR policies, templates, and contracts across six countries, ensuring legal compliance and consistent branding.

You will work with the Director of People & Culture and external employment lawyers to roll out the new group banding framework, travel as needed, and manage a country-by-country compliance programme with clear ownership and dates.

Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist or employee relations background with hands-on experience updating HR policies and employment contracts.
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law, with exposure to other jurisdictions (Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark or Sweden).
• Experience managing a policy or contract update programme at scale with external counsel coordination.

Responsibilities

• 1. Policy review and update across six countries, aligning with local laws and Acas/Working Time regulations.
• 2. Design and localise templates and letters for core People processes with brand consistency across all docs.
• 3. Review and update employment contract templates for all six countries and coordinate sign-off with external lawyers.
• 4. Monitor multi-country compliance and governance, flagging regulatory changes and maintaining audit trails.
• 5. Stakeholder management and rollout planning with clear timelines for managers and teams.
