Qualifications

• Experienced in HR or People Operations, scaling environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US employment law.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data integrity.
• Excellent organisational skills and independent BAU ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain audit-ready employee records across geographies.
• Ensure compliance with UK and US employment laws; exposure to Germany beneficial.
• Manage contracts, policies, and documentation.
• Improve HRIS tooling, data reporting, and processes.
