• Experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
• Financial services experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
• Prepare employment contracts and coordinate pre-employment screening
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data
• Support monthly payroll and benefits administration
• Coordinate immigration and relocation processes
• Assist with probation reviews, references and employee queries
• Support HR audits and regulatory requirements
• Schedule meetings, training sessions and HR activities
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
