Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Willingness to travel across UK, Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year graduate development programme to learn Saica systems and HR processes.
• Support payroll admin and day-to-day HR operations across UK&I sites.
• Contribute to real business projects across UK and Ireland and potentially placements across Europe.
