The programme includes potential CIPD qualification support and structured roles after completion. This is a fixed-term graduate opportunity with progression potential within the Saica Group.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 2-year development programme.
• Attend placements across UK, Ireland and Europe.
• Support HR processes and payroll administration during rotations.
• Contribute to real business projects across sites.
