Job summary

ISx4 Group in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced CIPD-qualified HR professional to lead graduate and experienced staff recruitment, onboarding and the broader HR function as the company scales its Assured Skills programme.

You will work with senior leaders and external advisers, coordinate cohorts, manage HR operations and develop policies, with an eventual path to Head of HR as the business grows.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification in HR at Level 5 or above.
• Experience as HR generalist covering onboarding and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law and data protection.
• Experience coordinating recruitment for large cohorts.
• Ability to build scalable HR processes in a growing business.
• Willingness to progress to Head of HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead graduate and experienced staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate with universities and partners for phased cohorts.
• Manage day-to-day HR processes and payroll inputs.
• Support staff through probation, wellbeing, performance.
• Develop HR policies compliant with NI legislation.
• Build and report weekly HR dashboards.
• Prepare for client-facing roles and transition to employment.
