Job summary

APG eCommerce Solutions in London is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead HR strategy, policies and processes across all entities. You will partner with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, training and succession planning in a fast-evolving global business.

The role covers payroll oversight, employee relations, and a focus on culture. CIPD level 5 or equivalent is required, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Global HR Director to drive and implement strategy to align with HR policies and practices.
• Develop, maintain and implement HR systems, processes, policies and infrastructure that align with strategic objectives.
• Developing and implementing best practices across the whole employee lifecycle including all employer obligations (legal and ethical) and a consistently positive employment experience.
• Manage the Sustainability strategy in line with the ISO 26000 guidelines, liaising with Suppliers and Customers to promote engagement in alignment with the SBTi approved near and long term goals (2030 & 2050).
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic HR input and guidance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and build strong relationships across the business.
• Work with managers to create a culture which supports APG's core values and strategy.
• Oversight of the payroll process, collaborate with Finance team in the process.
• Ensure that all data for payroll is processed accurately.
• CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
