Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR compliance or employment law programs in a high-growth, global technology company.
• Deep expertise across core HR compliance domains including employment legislation, SOX hire-to-retire, policy governance, work authorisation, data privacy, and wage/hour.
• Proven ability as a strategic operator to define a multi-year compliance vision and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI and automation into compliance or people operations workflows.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence with Legal, HR, Finance and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global HR compliance strategy.
• Lead, develop, and grow the global HR Compliance team.
• Drive the execution of a robust compliance program across core domains.
• Embed AI and automation into the core workflows of the compliance function.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Develop governance mechanisms and compliance reporting.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Sr. Director, Head of Global People Operations.
