Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking an HR Business Partner to translate strategy into integrated people, organisation and workforce plans across international operations. You will govern organisational design, change, rewards and employee relations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver consistent, sustainable outcomes and a positive employee experience.

You will lead an HR Adviser team, drive workforce analytics, and ensure governance across countries, balancing local context with global HR standards.
