Job summary

New Appointments Group partners with an internationally recognised organisation to recruit a commercially focused HR Business Partner. This pivotal role sits with the UK HR function while coordinating with Middle East and Africa and leading the HR agenda for the UK business.

You will align HR initiatives with business objectives, balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and drive change across multi-site, international operations.

Qualifications

• HRBP or Senior HR Manager in a commercial environment with strategic and hands-on delivery.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above).
• Experience leading organisational change and transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site, international or regional operations.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to understand operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver an effective people strategy.
• Act as HR lead for the UK site and support two EMEA locations.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance and leadership.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Use HR data and insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Promote positive culture and employee engagement.
• Ensure HR compliance and best practice across sites.
• Lead regional HR projects and initiatives.
