Job summary

Catalyst Partners in London–hybrid with regular travel to Nordics–is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support growth, transformation and leadership effectiveness across a private equity/asset management environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive talent strategy, and lead organisational design and workforce planning across international teams. A fast-paced, commercial setting awaits a high-performing HR professional.

Based in London and working closely with senior leaders across the business, this role will play a key part in supporting organisational change, talent strategy and leadership effectiveness within a highly commercial, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance across organisational design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Support business transformation and change initiatives across international teams.
• Coach, influence and challenge leaders on people-related matters.
• Drive performance, succession planning and leadership development activity.
• Utilise people insights and data to support business decisions.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and wider people teams to deliver business priorities.

About You

• Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a private equity fund, infrastructure fund, asset management, investment management or similar fund environment.
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• A track record of supporting businesses through significant change, growth, transformation or internationalisation.
• Strong influencing and relationship building skills, with the ability to establish credibility quickly.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience within international or matrix organisations would be advantageous.
