Job summary

You will collaborate with the HRBP team on key initiatives, manage employee relations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent in a relevant field.
• CIPD qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HRBP highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise and manage employee relations issues with best practice and legal context.
• Support Year-End initiatives including compensation decisions and performance processes.
• Manage occupational health cases with consistent risk management.
• Provide data analytics and reporting to support decision making.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities.
• Coordinate international relocations and assignments where needed.
• Assist monthly audits to ensure data accuracy.
