Morgan Stanley in Glasgow is seeking an HRES Business Advisor to partner with employees and managers, delivering client-facing HR advisory work and contributing to ad-hoc projects. The position combines client‑facing HR advisory work as well as involvement in ad‑hoc project work as required. The ideal candidate will be willing to pick up a range of tasks as per the needs of both the internal client groups supported and the HR Business Partner team. Ability to demonstrate an excellent track record of working in a high volume and fast paced environment, with a strong advisory mindset. The incumbent should have a strong ability to influence stakeholders and possess highly proficient communication skills with clients and HR colleagues alike at the local, regional, and global levels.
