Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with Equities leadership across EMEA, shaping the people agenda in a complex, high-performing business. You’ll advise on talent, organisational design, reward and workforce decisions while partnering with a global HR network.

The role sits in the HR division at VP level, requiring strong judgement, resilience and credibility to influence senior stakeholders in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial HR Business Partner experience in a complex, fast-paced organisation; financial services or front-office support is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of advising and influencing senior leaders with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to Equities Group Heads, translating priorities into strategic people solutions and delivering talent and inclusion initiatives with global HR partners.
• Shape workforce design, succession and talent strategies to strengthen capability, performance and retention.
• Lead annual promotion, performance evaluation and year-end compensation processes with credible, balanced counsel to senior leaders.
• Advise on complex employee relations, conduct, restructuring and redundancy matters with legal/regulatory considerations.
• Use workforce analytics to highlight trends, risks and opportunities and present actionable insight to business leaders.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Compensation and Regulatory Remuneration on hiring and pay decisions, including SMCR implications.
