Lumanity is seeking a Client Services Director of Qualitative and Quantitative Market Research in life sciences. This remote role, USA based, focuses on growing key accounts, directing strategy and delivery standards, and building executive-level client relationships to drive repeat business.

The position requires extensive research experience, account management excellence, and strong knowledge of methodologies, with a track record of business development across pharma and healthcare clients.

Qualificações

• Advanced experience in research or professional services organisation.
• Extensive life sciences, healthcare / pharma experience, and therapy area knowledge.
• Proven skills and track record in project and account management, with outstanding client communication and influencing skills.
• Strong knowledge across research methodologies and practices.
• A strong track record at business generation – both with new and existing clients.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and convert new business opportunities by expanding current accounts.
• Take responsibility for strategic direction, growth and delivery standards for a range of accounts.
• Build strong relationships at the highest level to secure repeat business.
• Attend client meetings to position Lumanity as thought leader and project innovator.
• Focus on account planning and growth with Account teams to hit annual targets.
• Implement new company procedures and continuously seek opportunities to innovate.
