You will shape strategy, scale distributed teams, and partner with executive leadership to align hiring with business goals. This is a high-impact leadership role in a SaaS/enterprise context.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, data, and security, driving process improvements and candidate experience across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruitment with 5+ years leading global technical recruiting teams.
• Proven track record in large, complex organizations.
• Experience hiring for engineering, product, data, and related domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global technology recruitment strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead a global organization of recruitment managers and contributors across regions.
• Report to senior leadership on hiring performance, workforce planning, and initiatives.
• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles including engineering and product.
• Design scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices for high-volume hiring.
• Drive improvements in time-to-hire, diversity representation, and candidate experience.
• Build employer branding strategies to attract top technical talent.
