Job summary

SYOS is a pioneering aerospace and technology company seeking a Head of Security, Risk & Compliance to lead our global approach to security, resilience, safety and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Chief of Operations & Programmes, you will shape governance across security, information security and compliance, driving risk management and engaging with regulators and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in security, compliance or risk management.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of export controls, sanctions and contractual obligations.
• Eligibility to obtain appropriate security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security, risk, safety and compliance strategy.
• Governance across personnel, facilities, operations and programmes.
• Oversee cyber and information security governance and data protection obligations.
• Drive regulatory assurance activities and customer audits/accreditations.
• Develop crisis management, business continuity and resilience programmes.
• Provide regular risk reporting to the Executive Team and Board.
