Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Head of Performance Creative to lead the international creative engine, shaping strategy and production across multiple markets. You will manage a lean team, collaborate with growth leads, and coordinate freelancers and agencies to deliver high-quality output.

You will drive briefs, testing roadmaps, and production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with performance data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative strategy, production, or operations.
• Experience building a high-volume creative engine.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
• Strong creative judgment and briefs capability.
• Systems-building mindset for scalable workflows.
• People leadership and mentoring experience.
• Comfort working across multiple markets and channels.
• Ability to read performance data and align with growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy and production across international markets.
• Lead a lean team of creative strategists.
• Build and scale a bench of freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
• Own briefs and strategy for each market and channel (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, organic).
• Adapt production systems for multi-market context and ensure quality at scale.
• Ensure consistent, on-brand, compliant creative output.
• Partner with Performance Growth to align creative with data insights.
• Stay close to market trends and cross-market learnings.
