The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of performance marketing experience and expertise in managing substantial paid social budgets. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with the autonomy to test bold ideas and influence the growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly on Meta.
• Experience in managing large paid social budgets with commercial accountability.
• Ability to analyze data and make fast, commercially driven decisions.

• Own the paid growth strategy for the UK with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Manage and optimize 7-figure monthly media budgets.
• Develop and scale high-performing Meta ad creatives.
