Job summary

Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain is seeking a Head of Operations & Supply Chain for their Hull-based global operations. The role will own end-to-end strategy across sourcing, procurement, distribution, and customer fulfilment, leading teams and driving continuous improvement for service excellence and cost efficiency.

You will work with senior leadership to enhance growth, margins and resilience, while shaping networks, processes, and technology-enabled solutions across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leader with end-to-end supply chain experience.
• Experience shaping and delivering procurement, logistics, and manufacturing improvements.
• Track record of driving cost savings and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operations and supply chain strategy.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, inventory, planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Design network and warehousing plans to improve service and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Oversee demand forecasting and inventory control to minimise stockouts.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage performance and contracts.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the function.
• Lead cross-functional teams and global sourcing initiatives.
