Job summary

THG is seeking a Head of Financial Reporting to join the Group Finance team in Manchester. You will report to the Group Finance Director and lead a team responsible for UK and global compliance, IFRS reporting, and the Group audit across THG’s divisions.

You’ll collaborate with tax, treasury, investor relations, and commercial teams. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver high-quality financial statements, manage audits, and drive improvements in internal controls and automation, while

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS technical accounting experience.
• Experience with large corporate or listed businesses preferred.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build networks across the business and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group-wide compliance, planning, and team delivery of workstreams.
• Prepare technical papers for Board and Audit Committee.
• Act as main contact for auditors and lead THG Group audit.
• Own relationships with specialist advisors.
• Review财 accounting statements to IFRS standards.
• Lead technology-enabled process improvements and automation.
• Mentor junior team members and report to Group CFO.
• Collaborate with FP&A, legal, and tax across divisions.
