Job summary

THG is seeking a Group Internal Auditor to provide assurance across the Group, ensuring risk is controlled and that guidance reduces exposure. You will report to the Senior Manager - Internal Audit and Risk and lead audits across Finance, Shared Services and business units globally.

This is a demanding role requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering robust audit outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal and/or external audit across finance/shared services.
• Strong understanding of risk, control and assurance activities.
• Ability to build relationships with the business and promote engagement with Internal Audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits globally across the Group (financial and non-financial).
• Develop audits in new and dynamic areas and with stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations and monitor progress towards implementation.
