Job summary
AutogenAI in London is seeking a Head of Engineering to set technical strategy, drive operational health and foster a high-performance culture across global teams in London, New York, Washington DC and beyond. You will lead 2–3 Tech Leads and a ~20-person dev team, shape architectural direction, ensure reliability, and partner with Product, Design and People teams to scale our enterprise AI SaaS.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering with leadership roles.
- Experience managing engineering leaders (Tech Leads/EMs).
- Global or distributed team leadership desirable.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and AI-driven products.
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking at senior level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a global engineering organisation (London, NYC, DC, Gold Coast).
- Set engineering strategy, standards and operational rigor.
- Develop Tech Leads and grow a ~20-person engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and People leadership.
- Drive ownership, accountability and high-quality delivery.
