Job summary

Cambridge Credentials Limited seeks a senior leader to head the Energy Transition and Transactions Team. You will lead origination and execution, delivering financial, regulatory and market analysis for infrastructure investments and advising on acquisitions, disposals and capital raises.

You will manage high-profile engagements, coach junior staff, and build relationships with investors while guiding growth across regulated utilities and energy transition assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on transactions in Utilities and Energy.
• Regulatory and commercial due diligence or strategic/finance advice on deals.
• Experience managing infrastructure transactions with process understanding.
• UK regulated utilities knowledge and energy policy awareness.
• Established relationships with infrastructure investors.
• Ability to work under pressure on live transactions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and deal-sourcing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution for Energy Transition & Transactions.
• Provide financial, regulatory and market analysis for investments.
• Deliver due diligence and strategic advice on transactions.
• Advise on investments, value creation, asset valuation and growth.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and capital raising.
• Manage day-to-day engagements and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Develop relationships with infrastructure investors.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
