Archer, collaborating with HSBC, seeks a Global Head, Strategy and Performance for Cybersecurity to set enterprise-wide strategy and measure impact across the organisation. You'll shape the Target Operating Model, OKRs and scorecards, align resources, and manage executive communications with senior partners across GCIO and COO, regulators and the Board.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience setting strategy, performance management and executive communications in Financial Services or technology organisations.
• Experience developing strategy artefacts that support multi-year planning and delivery.
• Ability to establish operating models and workforce design aligned to strategic direction.
• Proficient in applying scorecards, OKRs and benefit realisation to evidence outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the Cybersecurity Strategy and key artefacts for in-year and multi-year direction.
• Shape and maintain the Future-State Architecture aligned with strategy and HSBC principles.
• Align annual Finance & Resource Planning with the Future-State Architecture with Cyber Change and Delivery.
• Establish and maintain the Cybersecurity Target Operating Model with design principles.
• Develop the future-state workforce with COO as strategy evolves.
• Define and oversee Executive Scorecards and OKRs with the COO to track outcomes.
• Manage deviations with senior partners when measures underperform.
• Craft and communicate Cybersecurity narrative for senior leadership, Board and regulators.
