Job summary

Pelsis Group, a global manufacturer and supplier of pest control, garden care and environmental solutions, seeks a Head of Continuous Improvement to drive operational improvements across its global Operations & Supply Chain network.

Reporting to the VP, Operations & Supply Chain, you will shape the CI roadmap, develop common practices, and lead cross-site projects to boost productivity, cost, quality and service. Travel across the international Pelsis network is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent structured improvement methodologies.
• Experience establishing standard processes and common ways of working across multiple operations or sites.
• A strong understanding of operational KPIs, performance management and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from strategic thinking into hands-on implementation.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate operational improvements into measurable financial and business benefits.
• The credibility to challenge and influence senior leaders, alongside the willingness to work directly with site teams and frontline operations.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with experience delivering change in a matrix organisation without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the international Pelsis network.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a Group-wide Continuous Improvement roadmap.
• Personally deliver priority improvement projects end-to-end.
• Establish common operating procedures and tools.
• Develop KPI definitions, reporting standards and review routines.
• Identify opportunities to share capacity across sites and improve responsiveness.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams in Lean and problem-solving.
• Partner with functions to deliver shared priorities and automation.
