Job description

Pelsis is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of products and solutions for the pest control and garden care industries. We are driven by a vision to develop sustainable, innovative solutions that provide peace of mind and protect public health, all while working in harmony with nature.

Through our portfolio of leading commercial and retail brands, we deliver trusted, innovative pest management and garden care products to customers around the world.

This is an opportunity to shape and lead a global Project Management Office at a business focused on growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

As Group PMO Director, you will work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to establish and embed a high‑performing PMO function that drives strategic delivery across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to key initiatives while championing a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery. You will lead complex change programmes from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring projects are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable impact across a global operational environment.

With a remit spanning functions and geographies, this is a highly influential leadership role suited to an experienced transformation and PMO professional who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving organisations.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Establish and lead a Group‑wide PMO function that supports strategic execution across the business.
  • Drive enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Embed governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies that improve visibility, accountability, and decision‑making.
  • Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to provide clear insight into programme performance, risks, dependencies, and resource priorities.
  • Introduce and champion structured problem‑solving methodologies, including A3, to support effective decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders across international locations.
  • Create a collaborative, delivery‑focused culture that enables teams to perform at their best.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing PMO team capable of supporting the organisation’s long‑term strategic ambitions.
  • Ensure best practice project and programme management approaches are consistently applied across the business.
  • Enhance organisational capability through coaching, tools, frameworks, and delivery support.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience establishing and leading PMO functions within complex or multi‑site organisations.
  • Strong expertise in project and programme management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic change and transformation initiatives, ideally within SME and larger corporate environments.
  • Experience operating within manufacturing, FMCG, or similarly structured operational businesses.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at executive level.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.
  • Experience managing complex project portfolios, including risks, interdependencies, and resource planning.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, including KPI development and executive dashboard reporting.
  • A collaborative leadership style with experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with Lean and structured problem‑solving methodologies, including A3.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable.
What We Offer
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company salary sacrifice pension scheme
  • Life Assurance (salary x3)
  • EAP Service
  • A dynamic & collaborative working environment
