Nomad Foods seeks a Head of Commercial Analytics to lead strategy, governance and adoption of its commercial analytics ecosystem. You will manage a team of Commercial Product Owners and analysts focused on TPM, Sales CRM and related capabilities, ensuring data, processes and governance are standardised across markets.

Formación

• Significant experience leading analytics, product ownership or transformation teams.
• Experience building Revenue Growth Management capabilities across pricing, promotions and profitability.
• Experience owning or leading TPM solutions, preferably Exceedra or equivalent.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in a multi-country FMCG.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy, governance and adoption of commercial analytics and TPM capabilities.
• Direct a team of Commercial Product Owners and analysts across markets.
• Drive data-driven decision making and adoption of analytics in commercial processes.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, IT and Supply Chain to prioritise investments.
• Establish governance, data quality and reporting standards across markets.
• Foster continuous improvement and standardisation of commercial systems.
