Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Vice President to lead Global Head of Client Solutions, Client Reporting Services, within the COO CX Tech & Business Services organization. You will direct the Client Solutions team across North America and EMEA, ensuring effective resolution of reporting inquiries and coordinating between client-facing and production teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in asset management, client reporting, client servicing, or related financial services operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience coordinating across client-facing and production teams.
• Demonstrated improvement of operational processes, controls, and service delivery.
• Experience supporting operating-model transformation, automation, or tech-enabled process improvement.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Solutions team across North America and EMEA, managing 10+ professionals.
• Oversee client reporting inquiries, translate client needs into clear reporting requirements.
• Ensure strong service quality, risk management, and operational controls.
• Design and execute the global Client Reporting operating model for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
• Partner with CX teams to enhance the end-to-end client reporting experience.
• Build and develop a high-performing, client-centric team.
