Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting in London seeks a senior leader to own the delivery of large client reporting programmes, guiding strategy, governance, and outcomes. You will design the target state client reporting offering and operating models to deliver it efficiently.

You will act as the senior business-side lead on client reporting technology platforms, guiding cross-functional teams and client sponsors while mentoring junior consultants to grow into future leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting experience essential; recognisable industry consultancy or equivalent.
• Experience in asset management or wealth management within financial services.
• Proven track record leading large-scale change as programme/lead project/ design lead.
• Experience with large technology-enabled transformation programmes including front-end design and strategic work.
• Strong people leadership and accountability for team output.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large programmes or workstreams, owning plan, governance, risks and outcomes.
• Design the target state client reporting offering and operating models to deliver it efficiently.
• Act as senior business-side lead on client reporting technology platforms (Kurtosys, SimCorp, Vermillion) in collaboration with technology.
• Manage mixed teams of staff and client personnel; set quality standards, delegate, and develop others.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with client sponsors and senior stakeholders, including difficult conversations.
• Serve as a sparring partner to practice leadership; bring ideas, defend them, and build those that land.
