Job summary

AXIS Capital seeks a Global Head of Claims MI & Insights to own the strategy, governance and reporting for global claims performance. This senior leader will partner with North America, Global Markets and Reinsurance Claims leadership, Actuarial, Data & Analytics and stakeholders to deliver actionable, decision-ready insights.

The role oversees regional leads, sets standards and drives modernization through automation while ensuring data quality and risk controls, in a hybrid office setup across

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a Lloyd's/London Market insurer or North America market.
• Strong analytics, reporting and visualization capabilities.
• Experience designing governance frameworks for claims management information.

Responsibilities

• Own global Claims MI & Insights strategy, standards and governance.
• Deliver and govern claims performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Actuarial, Underwriting and regional teams.
• Drive data transformation initiatives and modernization of reporting capabilities.
• Lead a team and set priorities across London and North America.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and regulatory reporting compliance.
