Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Head of Business Change to lead a global transformation function. You’ll shape how we deliver, adopt and embed change across strategic programmes and oversee a portfolio-wide view rather than single initiatives.

You’ll manage a team of 10–15 professionals, developing globally consistent standards, methodologies and ways of working while exploring AI-enabled approaches to improve change effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-programme change in a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of organisational readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Experience shaping change capability and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio-wide change plan translating strategy into action.
• Oversee change impact, readiness, engagement, learning and adoption.
